What payment methods do you accept on the eShop?
We accept direct bank transfers to our HSBC account (801-857103-838) and PayMe payments. All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Do I need to  pay a deposit?
We require 100% settlement upon check out or order placed to save the workforce of both parties.

Can I cancel the order?
Order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. Please check your order carefully before order placed.

Can I change the order?
Order can be changed within the same day of order placed including delivery time. Order cannot be changed the following day.

Can I reschedule the goods collection date?
There is a storage fee charged by S.F. Express if you reschedule the delivery date after goods are picked up and dispatched by S.F. Express. It is around HK$15/CBM/Day after 3 days free storage. Details please refer to the S.F. Express website.

What can I do if I find damaged goods upon delivery?
If there are damaged products, please contact us immediately together with the photos of damaged goods via telephone    6909 7555 and whatsapp +852 69097555 or cwongfurniture@gmail.com . We will arrange the exchange with the same product within 10-14 working days.

Which areas in Hong Kong do you deliver to?
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories via third-party courier S.F. Express. Delivery to remote areas like Sai Kung, Stanley, and Discovery Bay is also supported.

How long does it take for my online order to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 working days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, it takes about 3 working days to reach your place. We will provide a tracking number via above email or WhatsApp.

How to clean an upholstery chair?

How to remove stains?
Use a soft, clean cloth to absorb excess liquid, preventing it from seeping into the cushions. Mix a mild detergent with water, wipe the stain with a damp cloth, then rinse the cloth with clean water. Wipe the area again with a clean, damp cloth, and finally dry with a hairdryer on a low heat setting.
