Terms and Conditions

We are C.Wong Furniture Co Ltd ( collectively “we”, “us”, the “Company” or “C.Wong Furniture”) and we own and operate the eShop Hong Kong. By using our eShop Hong Kong, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment on eShop Hong Kong of C.Wong Furniture Co., Ltd can be made by 1) fund transfer to the company HSBC account per below bank transfer or 2) FPS.
Payments will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars.
100% settlement upon check out or order placed.
Payment methods are subject to changes at any time. Changes will be announced via cwongfurniture@gmail.com or whatsapp +852 69097555 or posted on eShop Hong Kong.

Order Modification

Order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
Order can be changed within the same day of order placed including delivery time. Order cannot be changed the following day. There is a surcharge HK$100/day/delivery if you reschedule the delivery date after goods dispatch.

Exchange Product

You must check if there are damaged products when you receive them. If there are damaged products, please contact us immediately together with the photos of damaged goods via telephone 6909 7555 and whatsapp +852 69097555 or cwongfurniture@gmail.com . We will arrange the exchange with the same product within 10-14 working days.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange of products that are signed when received.

Local Delivery

We use third party S.F. Express delivery service to Hong Kong area only.

Local Delivery Place

Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories
Remote areas: Sai Kung / Clear Water Bay / Shek O / Stanley / Discovery Bay / Ma Wan / Cheung Chau / Lamma Island and Peng Chau / Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk / Cheung Sha / Mui Wo and Pui O.

Delivery time

It is estimated to be delivered around 10-14 days upon order confirmation.
We will notify you via cwongfurniture@gmail.com or whatsapp +852 69097555 upon the goods dispatch with the tracking number. You can track the status of delivery via S.F. Express website. You can also contact us to get the delivery status if you want.
It is estimated to be 3 working days from the goods dispatch.
Delivery service will be postponed when typhoon signal T8 is hoisted, red or black rainstorm warning is in force. Please refer to the S.F Express website for details.

Upstairs Delivery Additional Charge

The delivery address does not have elevators/lifts, or the elevators/lifts are unavailable. And
SF courier needs to use stairs to complete delivery (including basements). And
Parcel chargeable weight ≧ 20kg
Service charge：HK$30 per floor
Payment Method: pay directly to S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited.

Product Guarantee

1 year warranty, we will replace a new chair to you if the chair is damaged due to the structure reason. We will not replace a new chair if it is man-made.
Digital color of wood and fabric will deviate from the actual one.
Natural wood grain is different in each chair of which makes it beautiful and unique.
Please allow 0-1.5cm tolerance in dimension.

Jurisdiction

We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions without any prior notice to you. You should review these terms and conditions before submitting any order. By submitting an order, you have accepted the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have jurisdiction over disputes over these terms and conditions.

Privacy

We use your personal data for consumer service purposes, including responding to your enquiries and delivering goods to you via third party truck courier services. Personal data may include name, telephone number, payment information, delivery address, whatsapp or e-mail address. We are following the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordiance-Cap.486.
We use your personal data to provide you with information about goods or services (e.g. new arrival of goods or promotions). This can be done via means such as cwongfurniture@gmail.com or whatsapp +852 69097555 , SMS and postal mailings.
You can reject the information and inform us via cwongfurniture@gmail.com or whatsapp +852 69097555 to stop the future information.
Unless permitted or required by law, we will not disclose your personal data to any third parties except the eShop HK service without your prior consent.
By making payments to us through the third party, you will directly enter into an agreement with the payment processor and become subject to its terms of use and privacy policy.
We use third party S.F Express to deliver the goods to you. S.F Express is a well-known courier service company which is following the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance-Cap.486. Please visit their website for details.
We use cookies to collect statistics about the number of visits of users to c-wongfurniture.hk and the users’ preference of websites and online services offered on c-wongfurniture.hk. It is for service improvement purposes.
