In today's photo-driven "check-in" culture, a good design is the absolute key to getting people to pull out their phones and capture a moment.

Take the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) 60th Anniversary Cocktail Reception as an example. The design at the entrance successfully made the guests pause and raise their phones to take pictures. Cecil, one of the guests, was also deeply drawn to it. The venue perfectly fuses white and orange, with the huge "60" characters blooming with three-dimensional light and shadow. As you step into the circular tunnel entrance, you feel as if you have stepped into a time machine, guiding you to witness the wonderful story of TDC journeying all the way from 1966 to 2026. I must admire TDC as a master storyteller. I believe we will continue to see this "60 Time Machine" taking over social media feeds across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, WeChat etc.

As a Furniture Merchandiser, Cecil always supported the Hong Kong TDC events, which turned out to be an incredible experience—a chance to network with new faces, catch up with old friends (including the wonderful HKTDC staff), preview innovative products, and stay ahead of emerging market trends. Listening to the speakers' deep insights and shared experiences was incredibly rewarding.

See, Cecil is already naturally promoting the HKTDC! (Note: Cecil is not an employee of TDC).
