Order Modification and Exchange Product

  • Order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
  • Order can be changed within the same day of order placed including delivery time. Order cannot be changed the following day. There is a storage fee charged by S.F. Express if you reschedule the delivery date after goods are picked up and dispatched by S.F. Express. Details please refer to the S.F. Express website. It is around HK$15/CBM/Day.

Exchange Product

We use third party S.F. Express delivery service to Hong Kong area only.

Local Delivery Place

Delivery Time

  • It is estimated to be delivered around 10-14 working days upon order confirmation.
  • We will notify you via  cwongfurniture@gmail.com or  whatsapp +852 69097555 upon the goods dispatch with the  tracking number. You can track the status of delivery via S.F. Express website. You can also contact us to get the delivery status if you want.
  • It is estimated to be 3 working days from  the goods dispatch.
  • Delivery service will be postponed when typhoon signal T8 is hoisted, red or black rainstorm warning is in force. Please refer to the S.F Express website for details.

Upstairs Delivery Charge

  • The delivery address does not have elevators/lifts, or the elevators/lifts are unavailable. And
  • SF courier needs to use stairs to complete delivery (including basements). And
  • Parcel chargeable weight ≧ 20kg
  • Service charge：HK$30 per floor
